UPC 25mb - Awful speeds all week, Dublin

This is what I'm getting all week, I'm on the 25mb package in north Dublin. I'm connected directly to the router via ethernet on my main PC, not a wireless connection. Have rebooted the router each day to no effect. Anyone else seeing anything like this?

what area of Dublin are you in? definitely seeing issues in D15.
