Theres a place on O'Connell St, think its called World Internet Cafe, near Abbey Street that offers a baggage minding service.

It's beside the Bank of Ireland, just a few doors down from O'Connell Bridge. I have used it often and the staff are very nice and friendly. The only downside is that it is downstairs in the basement of the building. It is not at street level. The stairs can be a pain if your luggage is heavy.
