Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    that time of year again when renewing a lease

    over a 5yr period whats the going rate in different parts of the country

    im thinking the rent is gonna be 150-160 an acre for rent in north kerry

    is that in line with the rest of country?

    land will be used for dairying

    secured 20 acres we've had for d last 4 years for another 5 years for 140 per acre.We happy with that owner is a gent land is well laid out and good quality and he takes care of all fencing and maintence. have heard of land in this area hitting 200 for just grazing!Meath west btw

    thats good going, esp as the owner looks after the maintenance.
    we have two lots joining us rented this donkeys years for €125/ac. but we do look after it the same as if it was our own.
