I've got a trojan horse on my comp, iv run malware bytes and avg. The first scan on malware said I had 5 infections (yesterday) and so I removed them, another scan today said that I'm in the clear, but I'm not to sure myself as when I try to use the recommended settings for my firewall it gives me an error, as if I don't have permission to do this..

Anyone have any advice on how to be sure? And if so how to remove it/them?

Heres a few screen shots if they're any help, thanks in advance :)

Removing infections can bugger things up, what's your firewall? You may need to reinstall it.

Did you scan in safe mode? To get into safe mode keep pressing F2 (could be F8) on startup and run again if you didn't.

Scan with http://www.superantispyware.com/ aswell and see if it finds anything.

you are going to need to download and run combofix

A reinstall of the operating system would probably be quicker to sort things. It's not hard, especially as your machine is recent.

Looks like AVG is blocking access to some files, so it should be removed (the new versions are rubbish anyways) and then re run malwarebytes and super antispyware. You can use Microsoft Security Essentials as your anti virus then.
When you remove AVG, the first thing I'd reccmoend doing is running TDSS Killer, as from that AVG screenshot, it looks as though you may be infected with a tdss rootkit
