Hi Everyone, I am a FTB and looking for some advise. Need to decide weather to chose variable or fixed. Can anyone tell me how much the ECB increased in 2011 and what is the likelyhood of it increasing this year and by how much do you think if it does? Looking at 3.24 v's 4.15 at the moment.
