Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Winter Training 2012

    Baseball Ireland will be running Winter Training Sessions at the St. Benildus College Gym in Stillorgan, every Saturday afternoon, from Feb 4th to March 31st, 2012. This is open to all Baseball Ireland players and anyone interested in learning how to play baseball or looking for a team to join.

    The cost for all 8 sessions is €65 for Adults or €10/session and €40 or €7/session if 18 years or under or a student. Pitching machines, nets and Incredi-balls will be provided. Training will cover all skills of throwing, hitting, ground balls, pitching/catching, etc. One-on-one coaching will be available.

    Date - Time
    Feb 4th: 2.30 - 5pm
    Feb 11th: 2.30 - 5pm
    Feb 18th: 2.30 - 5pm
    Feb 25th: 2.30 - 5pm
    March 3rd: 2.30 - 5pm
    March 10th: 2.30 - 5pm
    March 17th: Paddys Day - No Training
    March 24th: 2.30 - 5pm
    March 31st: 2.30 - 5pm

    Directions for getting to Benildus College:

    Public Transport - Green Line Luas (Kilmacud Station is only meters away). Exit the station on the southbound platform side.

    Driving - Exit M50 at Junction 13 (Dundrum), take 3rd exit on roundabout, next slip road left, at second full crossroad take a right - enter the gym from the Upper Kilmacud Road side for parking.

    Feb 18th: 3.30 - 6pm
    Note: Time Change!

    Feb 25th: 2.30 - 5pm
    ** JERSEY DAY **
    If you have a baseball jersey bring it along! (MLB, Irish League, etc)

    March 31st: CANCELLED
    (2012 League starts on 31st March)

    This weekend is Jersey Day @ Winter Training!

    Bring a jersey if you have one. MLB, Baseball Ireland, whatever you have.
    If not, dont worry about it. See you any way.

    Also the pitching machine will be making its 2012 debut!

    Beginners welcome.
