Very nasty from BAE, very nasty. Deserved a card there, probably a red too. Not what I like to see.
    What did he do

    Another beaut from Bale.
The kind of goal you just cant defend against.

Really bad tackle from Benny there. Lucky to to not have broken his leg.

Walker limping off now as well :(

Bloody hell - Benny is one hell of a lucky guy to be still on the pitch. All his own doing of course when he over played it and played himself into trouble.

Is that the kinda thing that can be sanctioned by the FA afterwards.

I hope not, all we need now is Benny suspended and Walker out injured.

    What did he do

Went clearly over the ball, studs up (one-footed) on one of their players and caught him on the shin. It didn't really look accidental tbh either.

    Did Chelsea just score?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,425 ✭✭✭indiewindy

    Yeah Bosingwa, 1:1

    spurs 3:1 fulltime !!

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,946 ✭✭✭SuprSi

Jammy gits too, straight from a cross. That's tough on the Swans. Still, 2 points dropped by Chelsea keeps us 7 ahead.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,081 ✭✭✭ziedth

1-1 Chelsea. Pity they didn't loose but I'll fecking take it :)

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,946 ✭✭✭SuprSi

Exactly. The result above us could be very significant, hopefully Everton can keep the scoreline the same and keep us in the title race!!

That was a hell of a game from Modric. Superb play, and delighted to see him getting a goal. Bale as well was excellent. Overall, exactly what we needed, and with Chelsea dropping 2 points (jammy ****ers :P) and City hopefully dropping 3 points, it's a great night for us.

Only bad points were the two injuries (though minor looking) and I thought Benny was poor in defense. He just didn't look bothered in the 2nd half.

Wigan had enough chances at the end to draw or even win that game in the last 15 mins. Who'd be a spurs fan!

The boy played well, couple of great touches, held up the ball beautifully and cut a lovely pass for Bale on the run.

    Similar athleticism to Bale.... €20m?
