An avatar service?

Why doesn't boards have an avatar service?

You could charge like €2 and then €2 every time someone wanted to change it.

What with all the fickle folks in AH (myself included) you'd have people changing their avatars every few days.

Jesus ye'd be billionaires within a month or two.

I think a euro just to use avatars period. That way I can discriminate people who are either a) legit or b) maybe spammers

Avatars of your own choice or from a greatly expanded bank of avatars?

Wouldn't it be better (from the perspective of boards) if you were charged to change it?

I use 2+2 poker and a guy makes up moving avatars or ones with a little wiggle if you ship him a few dollars (through a poker site).

Animated avatars are the work of the devil. Along with animated sigs they are possibly the most annoying things on the internet. Well after facebook obviously.
