    Hi guys, I may have posted this in the wrong place but I'm having trouble with some college work.

    I was learning about OSI in Data Communications and we were instructed to explain what is meant by virtual communication between peer protocols in a protocol stack.

    Now I've read through the lectures and my notes but I can't seem to find the answer. Not even google helped me. D:

    Please if anyone could help shed some light on this it would be much appreciated!
