Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Farmyard Protection

I would appreciate suggestions for intruder detection around the perimeter of a farmyard. There are free zones on the alarm panel for the sheds. Basically trying to catch the intruders before they set off the shed alarms.

You could use Point to Point, but a fair bit of wiring may be required. Have you a budget in mind?
How big of an area are you looking at?

Area to be covered 200m x 250m. Point to points can be made shorter. The budget is negotiable - whatever it takes to get a reliable system. Wiring would be manageable or how reliable is wireless at those kind of distances?

Have a look at the Optex site.
250M is stretching it a bit, 200M maybe
