Maybe some raspberry leaf tea to help things along as she's at the end of the pregnancy and not the early stages where it could cause a risk of spina bifida.

Am I too late to get in on the bet? Id say 8.3 myself, a boy and he'll be called Clark after the shoe shop (or after Superman, whichever!)

Do you have to go as close as you can without going over?

I'm going to go for 8lb 12oz. C'mon Lil' Bandit.

Oh, by the way, you're calling him Lil' Bandit.

I'm changing mine to 9lb 1oz. Can't beat Santiago for a name too...

The prize for guessing the correct weight should be getting to pick the name!
    (or middle name)

That seems very rational but maybe a poll could be set up.

    1. DANTE
    2. PRZEMYSŁAW
    3. ASTRO
    4. LEGEND
    5. BERTIE

Me father was 13lb + when he fell out of me grandmother.

that reminds me of a joke about someone looking for contraceptives and some one he asked said "have you tried Boots"

He replied "I want to slide in, not walk in"
