Landline Dialtone issue.

    Hey, just logged a fault there.

    I can't get a dial tone to ring out on our landline. Also, when I ring the landline and answer the call on the handset all I can hear is the sound of an outgoing call ringing.

    We can't get a mobile signal in our house and the landline is important because my wife is 8 months pregnant so phone line is crucial.

    We have no broadband on the line either. Anyone have any ideas?
