Anyone else out there have to wait for repairs to be carried out in their apartment?
The agents seem to be dragging their heels for nearly 2 months since the problem was first reported. The agent seems to be blaming the plummer who in turn is waffling B.S about the part having to come from Italy (yes Italy in Europe, hardly a south sea island!!)
any advice or past experience of these incompetencies!
