Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.
After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Run between four and ten miles about four times a week, swim twice a week, occasional gym sessions. Would do more but my main sport is shooting, so all training is to support that. Main time is on the range, which is the guts of twenty hours a week.

OP, you do realise your exercise regime impresses nobody, right? Those who don't exercise don't care. Those who do know it's really not much.

I'm in the dojo 3-4 times a week, either training or teaching. Still, I've managed to add a little extra weight where I shouldn't have it.

I've done sweet **** all since school. Had rare outings on the astro-turf while in college and have gone years doing nothing since I started working. Myself and a couple of friends started using the Nike+ app last year and used each other as motivation. I did that for about 5 months doing 5k-ish every other day until the other two abandoned me and it all went out the window.
Started again the start of this month but hurt my back on Sunday so haven't ran since. That'll teach me to try and be healthy.

Karate class twice a week, Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu class once a week and then my own exercise routine daily. If the weather were better I'd go out running too in my local park.

All in all it's pretty good that I only need a few hours sleep, otherwise exercise would eat all my free time and I'd never get to do any of my hobbies :D

I do both. I'm currently trying to do Couch2 5K, and then I sit on my arse for the evening. :D

Fairplay. You should try to get out running as many days as possible.

:) thanks. I'm managing two days a week most of the time. it's enough for me tbh. i'm not looking to run a marathon, just get reasonably fit, and shape up a bit.

I'm very into fitness at the moment. This is what I would do generally and how often a week

horse Riding - 5-6 times a week depending on how well my horse is going
Cycling everywhere I can - every day
    Jogging -5 times a week
Due to physio I have to do a lot of 'yoga' type exercises
Irish Dancing - once a week
