Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Like the title said I am looking for a mechanic to take on an unfinished project and finish it for me. Lack of ability and time and losing the will to live are the biggest factors for writing this. I have a show coming up in late april and I am not missing it for the third year running. All who have project cars that never end will understand where I am coming from.
Can arrange transport to places within a reasonable distance of Athlone.
Must have experience with american pony cars and no chancers because patience is running low.
Car is a mid sixties Mustang and the work involved would be reconnecting fuel and cooling and transmission after the car was completely taken apart after a full rust prevention and respray.
All the major things are already in the car, I need someone to connect everything up so I can draw this 4 year project to a close and actually enjoy owning an amazing car.
If anyone can help me out or would like clarification on the details or photographic details of the condition of the car then don't hesitate to ask.

I'm not from near Athlone so I can't really help.
But I have 65 Mustang and they are very basic mechanics so dont see why any decent mechanic couldnt do it.
A small local independent might be your best bet and you offer to supply any parts they might need.
