    Do mortgage lenders accept parents as guarantors on their kids mortgages or is this not done anymore?

    look at the bottom of this page. If you dont have the ambition to google it or even look on a few banks websites maybe a mortgage should be reconsidered

    my problem is the ever growing laziness of people. Coming onto a forum, taking the time to find this section of boards then creating a new post to ask a question that would have been quicker to answer by making a phone call or doing a quick google search.
