    Hi Folks,
    My parents are with me tomorrow and they love a good chinese and I am wondering where do think the best one is in town for a sit down meal?

    Yindees is ace. Not strictly Chinese I know but generally Asian / Thai too so there should be something there worth getting. Their menu is on their website anyway:

    Ming Court on John St was good last time I was there which is about 1 year ago.

    I havent been there for a few months, but I liked Swans too, very nice, and dont think the bill was too bad either.

    The Ming Court was taken over by new management bout 6 months ago. It has improved alot since. Nice food. Yindees is excellent, more of a Thai/Asian restaurant. Thai paradise on Upper John St is very good aswell. Haven't been to the Emerald Gardens in years but have heard nothing but good reviews about it.

    Ate in Yindees downtown last night and it was gorgeous...Best Asian food in kk by a mile (they also deliver)
