    Going by bone length alone.Would anyone have a list of pros and cons for the various lifts.

    Short legs for squatting, short arms for benching, long arms/short legs for deadlifting.

    Long femurs suck for pretty much everything.

    Short torso is huge too. Guys with normal to long limbs can still have a big mechanical advantage with a short torso.
    Andy Bolton said at his seminar last year that its all about the short back.

    So that's why I'm crap at deadlifting - I have a long torso and short arms :)

    At least now I have an official excuse...
