Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm leasing the bit of land I own. Want to draw up a written agreement. I don't want to end up losing the land with squatter rights or any craic like that. What needs to be in an lease agreement?????

Master lease agreements are available free of charge from all IFA offices.

As funny man said, leases are available from IFA.
Unless you have some legal knowledge, get a professional to help you, Auctioneer, Solicitor or Teagasc advisor.
The cost will be offset by any potential defects they will fix in your agreement. They will also be a "third-party" should any dispute arise later on.
Have seen too many disagreements over leases.
