Data Modelling & Database Design

    Hi,

    I'm looking for training in the area of data modelling and database design.

    I'm not looking for technical training in SQL with say an Oracle or SQL Server database, but I am looking for training in how to design a database, how to take a set of data and break it down into a data model.

    I suppose at the end of it one would be able to put down a piece of paper what the tables and data structure would look like.

    Any one have any recommendations?
