Unable to re-append authenticator to Swtor account after removing

What a weird experience. I'm used to the WoW authenticator where if yo uwant to remove it, you simply go to account settings and remove. What a weird experience.

I'm used to the WoW authenticator where if yo uwant to remove it, you simply go to account settings and remove.

So after fumbling for the number and waiting on hold for 30 mins go through to swtor support, as you have to ring them to have it removed.

Guy was grand, advised me that once your remove the key however, you cannot reappend onto the account

Seemingly a bug they are looknig to fix, going by current turn around wouldnt hold my breathe for any time soon : /

Also, didnt even try persuade me, outline best practices with online safety etc., making we wonder why i bothered ringing
