Problem withdrawing cash from ATMs? (BOI)

Hi, just wondering if any BOI customers had problems withdrawing cash from ATMs today? Went to two different ones in different areas and had the same message 'This service is temporarily unavailable.' Both ATMs were Ulster Bank. Anyone come across this and how long did it take to fix?

i tried 3 different boi atms today and they were out of service. maybe they had some issues with their network?
