    20-24 Males about to swim...

"There's an Australian athlete about to go in without a wetsuit, is that a good idea?"
"Do you want the long or the short answer?"
    "Give us the short answer..."
    "NO!"
    :)

Saw Alex Gray finish (1:09, slow bike?), he looked beat. 16:19 run, fantastic finish to a strong year from him.

Looks like a below par bike from him. Maybe he went down, seems to be slippy over there.

Kris Muldoon 8th in his AG 25-29. Nice work. 16:12 run, but again not a great bike split.

Siobhan Gallagher 9th in her AG.

Not a bad start. But of course we're all waiting on Thornton this weekend!!

Brian Harris with a sub 10 swim. Nioce

Steven Macklin also out on the course. Bike splits seem slower than expected all round so either its long or its even more technical than I thought.

I really have work to do...

He has been living here for a long time now and does not intend leaving anytime soon.

Big group or IRL crossing the finish line there in the last few minutes. My broadband is so rubbish I can't follow it at all :(

A regular occurance one she hasn't managed to fix yet for some reason...

Gotta favour Moffatt to win at this stage, with a dog fight between Stanford and Stimpson for the overall title...
Stanford to serve a 15sec pen on run for wetsuit not going in the box so it's all to play for...
Gentle also one to watch, not just cause she's gonna run fast... ;):D

Glad I caught the last 5K. Awesome finish...thought they'd never roll the camera back up to 2nd/3rd place after Stanford crossed the line.

Loved the shot as Non was in the penalty box, seeing the pack come up to catch her, and then taking off before they even reached her :)

    Savage finish by Aileen.

Hope there's highlights this evening, had to skip out once they were on the bike. Followed the finish on Twitter.

Great result for Aileen! Stirring stuff!

I must say I really felt sorry for Gwen Jorgensen. Had that happened in a bike/grand tour, which it could be argued the World Tri Seris is, the bunch would have slowed up for her. Just a thought.

    Thornton tearing it up.
