Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

One of our sheep has just had 2 lambs. Her udder was full for the past 2 weeks but since she lambed yesterday she has very little milk. Any suggestions for increasing her milk supply?

I presume you have checked her for mastisis ? and she has been dosed for fluke and worms?

2 cc of oxytocin would stimulate milk let down

plenty of grass around this year .. a couple of hours grazing per day

we are feeding a 19% protein ration this year for the last 2-3 weeks before lambing and the ewes seem to have loads of milk, a few are rearing triplets

She'll come, get her to good grass, don't give the lambs too much milk to supplement her.
