Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

fertiliser and weed killer

Can anyone advise me on the best fertiliser to use on grass, I want good steady growth over the summer and not just to blow the grass out of it.. also whats the earliest I can spray for weeds like ragworth and thistles. Thanks

urea in spring and then come the end of april we use can. thats only if your p+ks are ok if there low then maybe your better with pasture sward or 18-6-12. weed killar for thistles and ragworth i think is late april/ early may

+1. The best time to apply weed killer is during the growth season for a faster and more effective kill.

March is the best month for spraying ragworth, as for fertilizer little and often.
