Sorry to hear about the coverage.
I am quite familiar with the site in the area (just off main street) as it has had a very high incident rate over the past few months.

The current fault is a repeat fault, and I believe (although the technical notes are a little beyond my level) that hardware adjustments or replacements will be necessary and that a field team will need to attend the site.
I do not have a time frame on when that will be.

I will email the network monitoring team to ensure they are aware of the impact this is having.
