Ok so I know that EU student financing is available: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Educatio...ries/DG_200379

    and its says
Full-time EU students – application forms

To apply for a Tuition Fee Loan:

use form EUPR1a - continuing full-time EU students

I want to do a postgraduate diploma in London It doesn't say anywhere though about whether this applys to postgrad courses. Please help!

It doesn't apply to postgrad courses except teacher training - see here. At postgrad you're pretty much on your own in terms of paying fees and living costs - there's no grants or loans system. You may be able to get a bank loan but they're increasingly hard to come by. If it's any consolation UK students are in the same position so it's nothing personal!

    "Does your course qualify?
Your course must take place at one of the following:
    a UK university
a college that receives government funding
a private institution offering specifically designated higher education courses (ask your university or college if it qualifies)
a group of schools taking part in the School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) scheme

Your course must lead to one of the following qualifications:
degree (like a BA, BSc or BEd) – you may not qualify if you already have one
    foundation degree
    Diploma of Higher Education (DipEd)
    Higher National Diploma (HND)
    Higher National Certificate (HNC)
    Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
    Initial Teacher Training (ITT)"
