    Hi Guys,

    I have two small snakeskin gourami that I need taken out of my tank asap. My filter packed in there two days ago and I wont get a repalcement until Sunday which means the media will all be dead.

    I have a friend taking my angelfish but thats all he can take. His tank is pretty full.

    I love these guys but I think they will die if I dont move them soon. Happy to give to anyone.

    Big, friendly, peaceful fish.

    * looks like that one.

    I think the bacteria should survive the couple of days once it's kept in the tank. The colony may diminish as it's fed less but you should still have adequate bacteria there to re-establish the tank once you leave your filter media in the tank when the new filter's running.

    Where in Dublin are you? I could lend you a powerhead which you could rig up a temporary filter with?

    I'd be happy to give them a temporary home until you get your set up running again.

    If anyone's looking for gravel, I have kilos of mixed-stone natural colour aquarium gravel. The new tank inhabitant will require a sand substrate.

    I'd take the gravel off you if it's still going

    Sorry I meant to type here sooner. Thanks for the offers folks. I managed to dump all my fish on a mate and get the part needed.

    They are still up for grabs if anyone wants them. Im not too bothered about getting them back. Might go ahead and restock the tank from scratch.

    I have about 40KG of live coral rock which I dont need..

    Have been stocking african cichlids and needed a high PH but no longer so up for grabs.

    I would take plants, sand or american cichlids or an oscar as exchange... 450L to be consumed:D

    Or take some away FOC;)
