DPPs decision to send a case to the SCC - judicially reviewable?

Hoping some of the legal eagles on here can help me out. The decision of the DPP to send a case to be heard before the Special Criminal Court would not appear to be subject to judicial review as a result of the HC case, Savage and McOwen v. Director of Public Prosecutions [1982] I.L.R.M. 385. and O’Reilly and Judge v. Director of Public Prosecutions [1984] I.L.R.M. 224. However, I'm wondering has there been any further case law on this area since then?

    Thanks in advance,

    Ludvig
