    built garage after the house so no alarm in it so took pir from upstairs and wired it to the garage,every thing working fine but at night garage not alarmed as we only arm downstairs and since pir in garage is from upstairs this is not armed,need to move this zone to downstairs.its a hkc secure watch alarm and have code for it.thanks for info

    Change the zone options for the PIR. In part set say no.

    You will need engineer access to change the attributes of this zone.
    You could try defaulting the system to gain engineer access , by doing this you will need to to programme in all the settings again.

    To default the system turn off the mains supply to the panel & disconnect the battery.
    Remove the link marked LK1 near the centre of the main PCB.
    Power up the system, if the keypad prompts to default press yes.
    If the panel defaults the user code will be 1111 & engineer code will be 4567
    If it does not it is engineer locked.
