Changing rooms in Linenhall

Hi was going to go to the gym over in Linenhall today but had issues finding female changing rooms. Can anyone tell me where they are?

they are down the back of the gym arent they? havnt used it in years. in the main door, left after the porters office, right at the end of the corridor, then you go outside and its down a few stairs.
the ben dunne gym on wolfe tone square is huge, well fitted out and decent value if you join with a few people (and if you make use of it), the gym in linenhall is pretty small and well... crap
