First Build... need some reassurance please!

First Build.. need a little feedback before I push the purchase button please:

Going to be a dual booting hacintosh and windows gaming machine.
I want a decent cpu, and decent graphics for the mac, & for gaming, ideally at 1920 x 1080 to match my 23" LG IPS monotor (new).
All i'm adding to this is 2 x 1TB drives (sata II)

I have some decisions made, but I'd appreciate some feedback, in particular to the few questions below.

Questions:
1. Is there enough power in the PSU. From what I have calculated & read here, it is. This might be overkill.
2. The case: comes with one 120mm FAN. Is that enough cooling? I don;t plan on overclocking.
3. Noise. I don't want a noisy system. It wouldn't bother me while i was playing a game but other than that, needs to be silent.
4. My disks are likely to be the slowest element. What upgrade would anyone recommend next - SATA III hard disk or SSD?

Any other comments/recommendations?

You need a P67 or Z68 motherboard to take advantage of the i5's overclocking, something like this:

If silence is important you might was to consider spending a small bit more on getting a better case and also a 3rd party heatsink.

If you don't plan on overclocking why are you going for the 2500k? You could save a few bob and just get 2400

Dropped the CPU and motherboard, as you're not overclocking, and used the money for a better case, graphics card, and CPU cooler. I also dropped the PSU back to the 450W version.

Why the different memory?

Is a better heatsink/cooler the key to a quiet system?
Or does the case play a major part also (or the fans in the case)?

€91.69 seems a lot for the case. Is this extra spend worth it? Why?
Also I was more inclined to a mid tower rather than a full....

Also is 450W enough? AMDs recommendations for the HD6850 is 500w psu.

The different memory was just because it's the cheapest one I saw, you can go for yours if you want. It's about the same price anyway.

Fans are always going to be the loudest thing in a system, so they come first (so a heatsink is important) but a quiet case will certainly help with the last 20% of the noise too. On top of being quiet, the R3 is a great case as well.

€90 isn't that much for a case. You can certainly get cheaper, but you loose out on build quality, feature, and in this case, sound dampening material on the side panels (this can be as much as €50 on its own. I have about €150 worth in my case).

Oh, and it is a mid tower.

450W will be fine, though you could go with the 550W to account for future upgrades if you want.
