Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I do know that nobody intended to hurt me but I can't help how I feel. I do feel that taking a break might be a good idea so that's what I'm going to do.

I do like Kiera's attempt to diffuse the situation though.. Lol.

    Later guys. x

Jaysus there's some atmosphere in here today.

Tea for everyone. Tea fixes all!

Sure didn't the Lord himself pause for a nice cup of tea before giving himself up for the world?

Too much chicken in this house! Husband can't gave red meat it makes his foot go crazy with gout, he can't have pork it upsets his tummy, and we hate fish. do we ate left with chicken and turkey. It it wasn't for chicken we would be vegetarians. ..

The following things are annoying me today:

    - being broke again one day after payday. Thanks for nothing, Sarries...

    - the fact that I'm going to have to cancel a date tomorrow due to said brokeness.

    - the manager who insists on coming all the way around my desk to stand behind me every time he comes into my office. Wtf is that about???

It's hard no to be hurt by a lot of what was said actually. I don't think people were nasty for the sake of it but I am also entitled to be hurt. I know opportunities are not going to just come knocking on my door, that's why I'm going back to college in September to give myself more options. Thanks for the reply to my post though.

I really like you as a poster, Jane. I mean, I really like you. You always take the time to sympathise with posters who are having a tough time and you're there to share in their happiness too. You're a great person to have around, a real asset to the thread imo. I think it would be a shame for you to stop posting, honestly I do.

I don't think anyone was trying to hurt your feelings, more so just pointing out something which might actually make your life a little better. You're always so considerate to your boyfriend - posting about not waking him up, him being sick etc. Can he really be sick all that much? If he is, he should see a doctor. Otherwise, just wake him up. Be stronger. Be more assertive. You come across as extra lovely (and that's a wonderful quality) but sometimes you just need to stop worrying about everything, and do something.

I hope I'm not being horrible 'cause as I've said, I genuinely like you and I don't want you upset. I know it must be so hard to be finished college and not be able to find a job, and I know that's probably why you and your mam fight all the time, 'cause you're in each others hairs a lot but get out there, sweetheart. Don't stay at home fighting and feeling like you can't text your boyfriend for whatever reason. Get yourself busy 'cause I promise it'll help with all the other stuff.

I hope I'm not crossing the line here, feel free to tell me if I am. And I hope I haven't made you feel worse. I just didn't want you to think you were being attacked from all angles, 'cause really I think it's just concern. On my part it is anyway. If you were my friend (in real life!), this is what I would say to you. x

Be careful or you might end up with 20 cats in your garden! It won't be long till the mammy cats in heat again.

Is it feral or tame? If it's tame it might be one of your neighbours, if it's feral you might have alot of trouble a head of you with unneutered cats reproducing alot more than once and to a litter of 3-5 kittens(who then start start having kittens sooner than you'd think)

+1 here Jane, especially the part in bold. It's so rare to find someone in this world with as good a heart as you, you strike me as someone who is genuinely a good person and doesn't have a bad bone in her body. Everyone just wants what's best for you love, we hate to see you get yourself upset over things and not try overcome them.
If you'd like to take some time away from this thread then by all means do but just remember you'll be welcomed back with open arms anytime x

They are feral alright, part of the ever growing colony here in our area. We have cats everywhere, but we are hoping our local welfare group are going to help out with the situation soon as it is way out of hand already.

Perhaps you, your neighbours and the welfare group could all work together to do a tnr programme, the animal welfare groups don't have much money and are struggling, so if everyone in the area paid 2euro (depend on how many people are living there) for the vet free to get it neutered it would go a long way.

Okay, I snuck into an unused room to try it on, it'd be cruel to wait til I got home :D It's really well made, it looks just like the real dress! Can't PM pics just now as it's too small, but that's okay as I ordered that way to accommodate losing weight. The armholes are made for a little Chinese lady though, will definitely have to get those altered! Other than that it's just perfect, I'm well chuffed!

Edit: I'll PM pics of the 'real' dress to anyone who's interested, it's pretty much exactly the same!

Oh no, I couldn't go pale. People think I'm sick when I've no tan on.

And my friend I'm going out with has been in OZ so she's lovely a brown, i'd look even whiter...almost transparent.

I'm getting my gruaige done on Friday. Depending on how that goes I might put up a pic in know your loungers.
