Tesco clubcard - any way to avoid ringing their UK number?

I just need to get my clubcard details amended, i.e. forwarding address, but I can't for the life of me find out how to amend them without ringing an 0800 number. There doesn't seemn to be anywhere I can do it online (when I log in to tesco.ie). Has anyone found a way around this?

The 00800 is freephone (international freephone).

Hadn't realised it was international freephone - thought it just applied to the UK.

Actually 00800 numbers arent/werent free from mobiles. I got caught a couple of years ago.

The tesco number is free. Sometimes I get lonely and want to hear a glaswegian gratis.
