    I submitted a query 2 days ago and despite getting a message back to say i would have an answer soon I have heard nothing back. I appreciate people are busy but 2 days seems a bit extreme...

    Sorry to read you have experienced a delay. Can you forward me the details of the query by private message?

    Also if you include:

    - Account number
    - Your full name
    - Address, phone number and date of birth on the account
    - Confirmation that you are the named account-holder

    I will look into this bearing in mind you have already sent a query.
