Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Setup Dimplex Control panel for storage heating

    Hi,

I recently moved into a new apartment and it's got a 2 zone dimplex power wire controller, details here http://www.dimplex.co.uk/assets/product_instructions/RX01006PW_Two_Zone_Programmer.pdf
There are two radiators connected to it and have a temperature display (looks like a wifi strength indicator) with a plus and minus button. There are two power buttons for each radiator. When one is pressed the radiator gives instant heat which can be controlled with the plus and minus buttons but when the other button is pressed nothing happens so I'm assuming that that is for storage heating.
My question is really, does anybody have a similar setup and if so how do you use the controller to set when the heaters start collecting heat at night and when to output the heat. The instructions talk about comfort and setback and I'm not sure what that means, plus the temperature display on the radiators is not on for me to set the output temperature when in storage mode. I tried just putting the controller to auto but the heaters seemed to turn on (storing heat I'm assuming) around 8pm which is a bit early for storage heating I'd imagine since it's not using night saver electricity. Any help would really be appreciated.
