Strandhill: Accommodation / Holiday Homes or Apartments

Would anybody have any details of reasonably price holiday homes in Strandhill.

I'm looking to price a Surf Weekend away for a group of about 10.

Not too many holiday apartments around the place hence the ones that are there are a bit pricey but if split 10 ways mightn't be too bad. Try

Cois Re Apartments, Strandhill - www.coisreapartments.com (beside The Venue Pub on the Top Road). Also there's an apartment complex down beside Bella Vista at the beachfront but don't know who's running it now. Ask Mark in Bella Vista, he might know.

The Dunes Tavern (www.accommodationstrandhill.com) is a B&B but a great spot if on a budget.

The "nice" places look a bit pricey but do you happen to know what the craic is with
"Self Catering / Hostel from €20 per person" in Dunes Tavern?

I was looking at Google Street View and I'm wondering if they own the place beside the tavern and is that where the self catering accommodation is?
