AUTOCALL from Skype

Apologies if I am not posting in the right place. I am getting messages from skype (Op4.urgent) telling me that a virus is attacking my computer and telling me that I have to log on to a web site. I am very suspicious about this. Just wondering if anyone else has got them.

Just got a skype call from Autocall Attention Required, didn't bother answering, just seems a bit fishy
