Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Employment/study contract question...

    Hi there,

I currently have a contract with the company I work for stating that they will pay for my college masters course as long as I pass all my exams and stay with the company for 2 years on completion. If I break these conditions I must pay the company back all the money.

The issue here is that the company I work for was recently bought by a different company. So that leaves me wondering... Will the contract I had with my old company still stand?

The contract I signed mentions nothing about acquisitions in it. I'm just concerned that maybe I won't like the new company that I now work for, but I'll be forced to work for them for 2 years as I don't have the funds to pay them back...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
