Specialised Baking in Limerick?

    I am looking for a baker who either works for someone or them selves in Limerick area who can make a Birthday cake but it it must be Gluten Free and suitable for Diabetic.
    Please help me need asap. Anyone know one?

    Yes, well she was there yesterday. She said she doesnt do it every week as she has an early start to get the cakes ready prior to heading to the market.

    + 4 for Miss Molly and yes she does do gluten free. She is in the Limerick Milk Market most Fridays and she does the Nenagh Farmers Market on Saturdays.

    Dee is great for her cupcakes! My other halfs sister got a giant cupcake for her boyfriends birthday - it was huuuuuge and rather delicious

    Thanks for all the helpful tips.. I tried Miss Molly. She was so helpful! She even practised it first to check it out as my requests were tricky given that my Mom is both coeliac & diabetic. Not easy to make it tasty but I guess she is used to that less sweeter taste now.
    She was delighted since it was specially made for her! It turned out well and looked really cute too!
