Can Eircom be taken on?

    Just wondering if there is anyone out there having problems with Eircom??

    Have emailed customer complaints several times in last 4 months and keep getting a reply that they will deal with complain in ten days.

    They seem to have incompetency diarrhoea!

    Does anyone know if they can be take on or if there are any forums or groups willing to take the on?:mad:

    have just replied to your post on other thread. While it is true that customer complaints turn araond for cases is up to 10 working days there is obviously another issue here. Can you PM me your tel no and brief details of issue? I can chase this for you.
