Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wonder what happened between Brenda Fricker and Fionnula Flanagan - looks like there is a lot of bad blood there.

Quick 3 word lesson on how to talk posh like the Queen: air, hair, lair.

When you are introduced to someone respond with:
    "Air, hair lair"

*Go on, say it out loud to get the full benefit of this 3 word lesson.
    You're welcome :pac:

I would like to thank skid and MrsD and Twirly and Patwicklow and Lapin and Heidi and especially myself for watching tripe on tv and joining this forum to make it bearable!

They should introduce a new rule:

"If you don't turn up, you don't get the award"

I reckon it should all be done and dusted in 10 minutes.

I was a massive Ayrton Senna fan so I loved it. F1 is very dull today compared to the Prost/Senna days. The crash at Imola is very hard to watch, it is very emotional at the end but it a nice film.

Quite frankly, the only reason i'd watch the Late Late, the Saturday show and these awards tonight if i'm not out boozing is because of these threads.

The Late Late one can be epic at times (see the one from a couple of months back for the Brendan Grace tribute)

Not even a thread on here could induce me to spend a Friday night (or any other night for that matter) watching the LLS

Got bored and went off to play guitar for a while...

    Careful.

You could end up on the last half hour in studio 8 with Pat Kenny next Tuesday morning for that kind of thing.
