Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

WTF! The third tune is the notorious Famine Song!

So let me get this straight. We have a band in Ireland, composed of people of Scottish descent, whose ancestors arrived in Ireland due to famine in Scotland, playing a song that tells people in Scotland, of Irish descent, whose ancestors arrived in Scotland due to famine in Ireland, to go home?

    Face palm!

They didnt arrive because of famine in scotland, it was the ulster plantation:rolleyes:

I think the references to famine in Scotland predate the Ulster plantation by over a thousand years.
