Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi picking up a ps3 in hmv tomorrow what are the best exclusives? Hada ps3 before and sold it as wasn't playing it but with vitas arrival and talk of uncharted etc has intrigued me again!! Xbox still takes battlefield and mw3 banner but what games could I start with that I could pick up cheap??

    Btw I loved the first resistance game

    Resistance 2 is great, dont know if its still played online. uncharted 3 is lots of fun. the god of war games. heavy rain (might rent it first - bit of a marmite game). killzone 3, if you like shooters. little big planet 1 & 2. Infamous 1 & 2. metal gear 4 is batsh1t crazy but enjoyable. id also get a 50 euro psn card, theres lots of cool games there. join playstation plus for lots of free retro goodies and exclusive demos and discounts.

    Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, can pick this up for next to nothing and is a huge game !!

    There are too many to name but the game that revived my love of single player gaming deserves a mention - Uncharted 2.

    I'll also recommend considering checking out PSN (SEN) Store. Some excellent titles on there and are very good value.

    Demon's Souls and the even better Dark Souls. Both are very deep action RPGs.

    Final Fantasy XIII has a superb battle system and a good story. You can't go wrong with any of the FFs.

    Resident Evil 5 is a decent Survival Action shooter.

    The God of War series is magnificent.

    Haven't played them but Infamous and the Uncharted series are meant to be extremely good. Assassin's Creed is also good I hear.

    There are so many different game types to chose from that its very hard to pick just a few. At the mo i'm still stuck into battlefield getting tags and sniping like hell :p highly recommend
