Hi there, just wondering if someone could tell me the name of this speaker connection. I have an old Toshiba SM-2950 and I want to get it going again. I thought it could be a 2pin DIN but I'm not sure. [IMG][/img]OALys.jpg

    That'd be a 2 pin DIN

Thanks for the quick reply. Can I just solder the bare speaker wires to the back of the 2 pins?

Can't see why not... might be easier to just get a pair of plugs from the likes of RS, or maplin and have the convenience of easy moving down the line.
