UPC brodband problems in Galway, Shantalla Area

Hello, Anyone experiencing problem with broadband from UPC in this area? I cannot even surf, ping shows sometimes up to 75% packet loss. It started yesterday evening (Saturday, 11.02.2012). I even couldn't post here and had to head to the university... Any suggestions?
