Blackberry white screen help?

So, I have a blackberry with a white screen. I googled it, and it said I just need to put the basic OS back on from a computer, but im on a mac, and i dont know how, all the programs i download are for windows. help?

have you parallels? http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/
Or try the mac desktop manager:
