Have taken one myself too but sadly I've been on them so long I don't get those lovely effects you're feeling anymore. Only if I take one during the day, they're a great hangover cure.

You shouldn't take them every night. I only take them on nights like tonight where I should be asleep a long time ago. I'll be back online about 8AM. Going to shut down now soon.
