How possible is it to get a good Leaving Cert in ONE year

At an average secondary school? We're talking, say 350, maybe 400 pts? Basically I'm almost 20 and realise it's time to knuckle down and try to achieve something meaningful/well-paid with my life. Don't want to get stuck in with 5th years, but I'll grin and bear it if needs be - I have a decent social life outside school…

Basically I'm almost 20 and realise it's time to knuckle down and try to achieve something meaningful/well-paid with my life. Don't want to get stuck in with 5th years, but I'll grin and bear it if needs be - I have a decent social life outside school so I could approach it from an 'it's work' mindset. Yet I'd like to get it down in the shortest possible time. Can't afford thousands of €€€'s for a private school. I have to be 21 for local VTOS'es and no way do I want to wait that long.

Speak to one of the many VECs who offer specialised adult LC courses around the country. It's really a matter of you doing the work.
