Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has to be the Atari 2600 (Link)

I had the 1984 Jr edition as my 1st games console!

Somehow I think this thread more so deserves to be in the Arcade and retro forum (Link)

Atari ST 520/1040 (although not an outright games console) best product by far for me personally, if they had of done things a little different we may be using more Atari computers and OS's now, pity

Atari STFM - monster of a machine. Great sound, decent graphics and standard joystick ports.

Poor marketing of it and the followup STE and Falcon killed off a great line of computers.

If by 60s you meant 80s, then yes.

Atari Jaguar was the best...................No doubt.
Aliens verus Predator was an amazing game for the time.I still remember the start of the game trying to get out of the cell and down the corridor. The sound effects and graphics were amazing,it scared the sh!t out of me...........LOL. But I finished it in the end.Took me about two days to work up the courage to run down the corridor from the cells:o.
Never played any game with such an amazing atmosphere since. And I have had all the X-Boxes and PS since they started.
